The staff at the front desk was cute and helpful EVERY time I interacted with them. I was also delighted to see they offered accessible bathroom facilities in rooms.
My room was quite small. It lacked proper clothes storage. The skylight was the ONLY source of natural light in the room, so there was no view at all.

the location was very convenient. i appreciated the proximity to attractions. i found the staff was helpful (especially with directions). the room decor had a nice middle eastern touch. the bed was large and comfortable.
the rooftop bar was only open on friday . this was disappointing since i wanted to visit on saturday.

the location was CENTRAL. everything seemed close by and easy to reach.
The room turned out small. I felt claustrophobic, especially in the bathroom. It was tiny. cleaning lacked attention TO detail, because i found hairs in the shower. the experience was a real letdown.
